Inactive Accounts Empty Inactive Accounts

There are some accounts which are on the Inactive list because they haven't verify their e-mail. I would like to know if this people just didn't receive their verification mail or if maybe they typed their e-mail wrong, and also I would like to know if this people made new accounts so the inactive ones can be deleted or if not to activate them.

Sv = 90x60x90, dont think that they need accaubt "Sv"
